Add 1-2 tablespoons of tea or 1 teabag to a pot with 8-16oz of cold water. Simmer on the stove over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for another 20 minutes. Strain or toss teabag and drink 2 cups daily, for 7 days every other week for 1-2 months. Add your favorite sweetener. May use the same teabag twice before discarding. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day while drinking this tea.
