Suggested Usage

Boil 8oz of water and pour into cup with 1 teabag. Let steep for 30-45 minutes. Remove teabag and add sweetener. Ages 3-5 drink 4oz daily or as needed to boost immunity or at the first onset of cold symptoms. Ages 6-9 drink 6-8oz daily.
