Suggested Usage
Add 1-3 teaspoons to 8-10oz of cold water to a pot. Boil for 2 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-2 times daily until cold/flu symptoms have stopped. May use the same teabag twice before discarding. Add your favorite sweetener.
