Suggested Use:

Prior to your cleansing, take a regular bath/shower...

Optional but suggested during bath - Burn a white candle, listen to some soft/light/meditation music, add some white flowers, and burn copal resin/incense or Palo Santo while you bathe. Traditionally you will bring the ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes and let cool. Fill tub or run shower with cold water and pour mixture from head to toe while praying your intentions.

Clean the tub out, fill up with cold or luke warm water, shake bottle well then add it and the sachet to the water. You can also hang the sachet on the shower head and (if no tub is available) and let it run. Be sure to pour the bottle contents into your hair and scalp as you want a total cleansing from head to toe.

Step in with the intentions focused on having all negativity removed from within and around you...Ask the Divine and your Spirit guides for peace, restoration, or praying your petitions (your desired results). Soak for 5 no longer 10 minutes. No soap, No bubble bath or perfumes... just the salt bath and water...Hair, face and all!! Wipe excess water from your body with hands and squeeze hair. AIR DRY and cover your head and body in white for the remaining of your day/night.
