Pour 1-1 1/2 cups of hot water in a mug and steep 1 tea bag for 5-7 minutes or boil 1-3 teaspoons of loose tea in pot for 2 minutes, turn off stove to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Drink 1-2 times daily or once before bedtime for respiratory support.(May use the same teabag twice before discarding). Add your favorite sweetener
