Suggested Usage

Apply 4 drops to the forehead, crown of the head, soles of the feet, lower abdomen, and lower back 1-3 times daily. May also place a warm compress with 1-2 drops on lower back and lower abdomen 2 times daily until heavy periods have decreased.
