Suggested Usage

Apply on to abdomen in clockwise motion and massage for 1-3 minutes, then follow with 1 cup of water. Use as needed until diarrhea and vomiting stops. Discontinue use if symptoms worsen or persist longer than 4 hours and seek medical attention. Stay hydrated with spring or coconut water.
