Suggested Usage

Add 2-3 scoops in foot basin with warm to hot water and soak for 20 - 30 minutes. Can also add 8oz of water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add to a tub of warm to hot water and soak for 20 minutes. Use once daily, preferably at bedtime for 3 weeks. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while using.
