Reiki pronounced Ray-Key is comprised of two Japanese words Rei (universal spirit) and Ki (vital life force energy), which flows in all living things.

Reiki Practitioners use a technique called palm healing or laying-on hands and are conduits between the Reiki Energy and the recipient, using their hands and or tools to facilitate emotional and physical healing where the client body needs it the most. Reiki energy provides total body/energy alignment and healing on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.

2nd Degree Reiki: Emotional & Mental Healing

📗This class will teach you how to:

• Clear emotional, mental, & spiritual blockages from past lives, present & future
• Meditation techniques with Reiki
• Strengthen your intuition 
• Use 3 of 5 sacred Reiki symbols
• Send Reiki through time and space to heal from a distance
• Ethics of healing with Reiki
