Mojo Beans (Fava Beans)
Two Eloquent Hands
The Mojo Bean or Fava/Faba Bean (Vicia Faba) aka Broad Bean is a legume that is used in Hoodoo for various purposes and making our prayers/wishes come true is one of them.
A Wishing Bean similar to eating Black Eyed Peas on New Year's Day for good luck and prosperity in Southern Folklore, when carried on you for 7 days is said to aid in manifesting your desires faster. Make a wish and throw the beans into a running stream or throw it into a field, where nobody will disturb it.
You can put them in a white mojo bag and add some luck drawing herbs/roots like allspice, basil, chamomile, frankincense, sage or yerba santa. Pray over it then feed it by anointing with holy water or blessing oil/powder and carry on you for general good luck (where no one else can see it).
